No Bake Cheesecake Recipe

Atas permintaan ramai..here's the no bake cheesecake recipe...cuba lar...very senang..sumpah...kita tak bohong...HEH

Ingredients:
250g digestive biscuits
150g butter 2 pkg
(8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
4 cans Nestle cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
Fresh or Canned fruits of your choice for the topping

Preparation:
CRUSH and mix biscuits with melted butter; press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Chill in the fridge for about 10 mins.
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Gently stir in the cream.
SPOON into crust.
Chill again for about 10 mins.
Arrange desired fruits on top of cheesecake.
Cover cheesecake with foil so that the fruits will stay fresh.
REFRIGERATE for 3 hours or until set.

Easy Sunday

The weather was nice enough to just laze around at home...lil Anaqin slept for an amazing 3hrs and that left me with some free time to pour over the newly bought recipe books..

Easy Sunday

The weather was nice enough to just laze around at home...lil Anaqin slept for an amazing 3hrs and that left me with some free time to pour over the newly bought recipe books..

Playful Lil Anaqin

For the past 2 nites, after his feed around 2am, lil Anaqin would sit uprite on the bed and refused to continue his journey to dreamland. Instead, he'll flashed his cheeky smiles, clapped his hands and started giggling..and when neither of us join in the fun, {it's 2am in morning darling}..he'll roll on the bed, crawled over to daddy dearest and started digging into daddy's eyes, nose and mouth. And surprise surprise; daddy's not pissed at all, instead when daddy opened his sleepy eyes, he smiled back at lil Anaqin and tried to pat lil Anaqin back to sleep.

After an hour or so, lil Anaqin cried out of frustration. Yours truly got up, changed his diaper, and gave him a another feed. After finishing the whole bottle of milk, he finally fall asleep...well...that's my baby alrite!..no matter how tired you make me i've never ever regret having you baby! Ya Allah, thanks for your greatest gift!

The Impromtu JB Trip

Batz called up in the morning and asks if we wanna go to JB..we agreed since darling husband was not working dat day...we asked mom to come along...left the house ard 5 plus..BIG MISTAKE..massive jam at the checkpoint as that was the time when malaysian workers from s'pore went back home..lil Anaqin eventually got restless inside the car but after much pacifying by mom..he fall asleep.

Once we got into JB..we headed to the nearby mosque for the magrib prayers. Then off to Xtra supermarket to shop..I didnt shop for anything as lil Anaqin's milk and diapers supply hv not run dry. Later went to search for the infamous TOMOK MURTABAK stall...bought a few packets (baru RM5 per packet babe..berbaloi kan!) then off we went for our late dinner which was @ stulang.

There was still a jam on our way back to S'pore..nasib lil Anaqin da tido..reached home ard 2 plus..penat betoi badan..padahal bukan nye buat apa2 eh..HEH..nasib besok tarak keje seh..

They Are Back!!!

We arrived at the airport ard 9 plus..saw that the flight has already landed and since we had to wait for a while before they can come out..we had breakfast at BK. After a while the jemaahs started coming out but no sight of mom and my sista..so we made enquiries and soon found out that the plane had left without their group. They had boarded a plane and transit to Bangkok instead since they missed their flight. My sista finally called..they've jus reached Bangkok airport & will take the next plane to SIN which will b at ard 4 plus. Apparently one of the jemaah in the plane was critically ill while they're on their way to Bahrain so the plane had to turn back..We went home and were back to the airport again later in the late afternoon..alhamdulillah..both of them were fine and all..

My Very First Cheesecake

I attempted my very first cheesecake for mom's birthday..and this is how it turns out to be..

The verdict from everyone...hmmm..not bad for a first timer..well at least it does taste like a cheesecake huh..but i'm not satisfied and will continue to keep on baking till i get the perfect cheesecake..HEH..

They Are Back!!!

We arrived at the airport ard 9 plus..saw that the flight has already landed and since we had to wait for a while before they can come out..we had breakfast at BK. After a while the jemaahs started coming out but no sight of mom and my sista..so we made enquiries and soon found out that the plane had left without their group. Fri - Met darling husband after work and I've finally settled for the Sony Ericsson K750i phone. I'm soooo in lurvee with the phone..esp the camera..clear sharp pictures..and oh yes to this person who called itself AYU who tagged me abt being ssooo meluat wif me for boasting over my choice of phones....EAT YOUR HEART OUT! This is my FUCKING blog and I can write whatever I want!! My husband can very well afford it so what?? Does it pained you to see other ppl being able to afford to buy these little luxuries? Gosh, you're so pathetic! And oh yes, if you think i'm not able to track you...think again!!
Sat - Darling husband was down wif food poisoning..I guess it must the food that we ate last nite. Off he went to see the doc and was given an MC for that day..later at nite went to jalan2 @ The Esplande den to Tanjong Rhu and then off for late supper @ Mr. Teh Tarik..
Sun - Day was spent lazing around at home..entertaining and getting entertained by lil Anaqin..

Wednesday's Action

My bro-in-law {read: batz's hubby} passed his TP this morning..and we're all treated to late dinner @ East Coast. Earlier this afternoon, batz brought lil Anaqin along to see dr. aziz for her check-up. According to the scan..the doc said that baby's gender looks like a girl...yahhhoooooo.com!
Anyway..we had seafood for dinner..then after dinner they felt like having the king of all fruits...yup..Mr. DURIAN! So we proceed to Geylang...stop over for some durians...I just had one piece as my tummy wasnt feeling too good...while darling husband stood quite a distance from where the action are...{ehem...segan nampak dar..heheh}..and oh yes..something happened while my helper was feeding lil Anaqin his milk inside the car...after his feed he stood up on the seat and looked behind...and all of the sudden he started crying...darling husband rushed to the car...saw my helper's pale face and at the same time...started to feel creepy...took lil Anaqin..and ask my helper to get out of the car as well...dak duk dak duk jantung ku sekejapan when darling husband told me wat had happened...dunno wat lil Anaqin saw la...but the place where the car was parked mmg sunyi..we took our leave soon after that...

Meet The Mommies Session

The gathering @ Sab's place this time round was to commemorate our 1st year knowing each other anniversary! How time flies..the first time we met was also @ Sab's place. Me and fiza were pregnant then..and now both of us came again with babies in tow.. :D

I was the last one to arrive..as I was bz baking brownie for the tuan tanah..anyway..we feasted on the yummylicious foodie that tuan tanah had cooked

I left the house after mahgrib...went home..fed lil Anaqin his dinner...got changed..and head off to abg man's place wif apit & fida for aiman's birthday party..
