Lil Anaqin Gets the Fever Again

Was having my hair dyed when hubz sms me saying that lil Anaqin is running a temperature! I was quite surprised coz he was well when I left him just now. So have to skip getting the spa hair treatment and rush home to see my baby.. Yes, he indeed was having a fever. After sponging him, change him to fresh clothes, gave him the fever medicine..and rock him to sleep. Lil Anaqin look so tired and restless. He's not in his normal cheerful mood and didnt even finish his milk. We decided to bring him to the 24hr clinic when i discovered that his temperature has risen to 37.8 degrees! When we arrived at the clinic, I was quite shocked to see so many sick kiddos there..I think tis the season for the awful bug! The doc checked lil Anaqin's temperature & it's now 38 degrees! She told me to give sponge him again wen I get home and gave him the fever medicine again..IF he's not well within the next 2 days, she advised me to see a paediatrition.

Lil Anaqin Falls Sick

Lil Anaqin suffered from sticky eye since last nite and run a slight temperature. Poor baby. Gave him fever medicine and he slept thro' the whole afternoon. Mum told me to drop some breast milk into his eye, so I had to dig out my breast pump and start pumping away to encourage a few drops of milk to flow out. Managed to get a few drops into his eye eventually...If his fever and sticky eye persist, shall bring him to see doc tmrw..get well soon darlinggg....

Visit to TMC

Fiza finally gave birth to a baby gurl last nite! We visited her in the afternoon. Met Sab, Lynn & Didie wif their fellow hubbies in tag...oh yea & cute, chubby, little Hadi as well.. Fiza's baby looks so tiny weighing at only 2.6kg if I'm not mistaken...hmmm..I didnt get a chance to carry her though...coz lil Anaqin wat perangai plak..mintak susu lar..n wants me to carry him all the way... Here's some shots..

Circumcision

Lil Anaqin is supposed to be circumcise today but he was coughing quite badly last nite...so I called Dr. Aziz's clinic & was told that it's not advisable for him to go thro the circumcision...so we were advised to make another appointment once he's well...but not to wait till he's 3mths. Later in the evening...we brought lil Anaqin to the 24hrs clinic..the doc said that he's having asthmatic cough...oh nooooo...poor baby..it's all due to the dust ard as the house is undergoing some renovation at the moment...we'll hv to bring him out during the day to avoid exposure to the dust..

Cukur Rambut

Today is the majlis cukur rambut for lil Anaqin. I woke him up early in the morning..bathe him & dressed him up in a cute lil purple baju kurung which i bought at geylang yesterday... The marhaban ppl came ard 8am...n when the cukur rambut ceremony started...i couldnt help but felt a lil bit terkilan...coz my late dad didnt get to witness our marriage..& now the birth of his 3rd grandchild.. Lil Anaqin remained asleep throughout the ceremony...hehe that's mummy good boy... Hubz cudnt get the day off..& had to go to work ard 12pm...boringgg..so i was left alone to handle the guests...& showing off lil Anaqin...he's the lil prince of the day...kerkekrke Sab, Lynn, Fiza & hubby were among the many guests...cian si fiza tu...she came eventho she was already so heavily pregnant...nak tengok 'menantu' dia nye pasal..sanggup...kerkekr Unfortunately there's not much photos that were captured...we jus had the whole ceremony recorded thro the videocam...however these two photos were taken using hubz phone...

1 Month Vaccination

Lil Anaqin had his 1 month vaccination today. We went to the Tampines 24 hr clinic. I told hubz to hold him as I'm very the nervous. When the doc injected him...he cried..guess he was shocked..hubz pacify him..telling him dat it's over..& he's a strong boy...while his mummy sat at one corner..pretending to be calm...lil Anaqin stop crying after hearing his daddy soothing voice...making his mummy relieved..n cud finally breathe back properly...ekrekrkeek Alamak how seh...biler dia nak kena sunat next monday...gerenti me cannot take it..

Anyway after the jab, we went to Eastpoint..had lunch at Banquet..walked ard a bit..den head home as we're having dinner later at night wif the rest of the family members at Cafe Vienna... Dinner was fun...we conquered 2 rows of tables...n our group is the most kecohable one...everyone was bz stuffing their faces...while lil Anaqin sleeps soundly at one corner...

Cukur Rambut
