Zoo Visit @ Sixteen

Lil Anaqin turned 16 months today and off we went to the zoo since he can now recognise some of the animals..Dar could'nt get the day off so we just went ahead wif my sista n her family instead. Weather was great..cooling with a hint of sunshine..however towards the end of our exploring, the rain began to pour. We took this chance to have our late lunch at the nearby KFC. After the hearty meal..we took our leave home. On the way home the kids were all knocked out due to the exhaustion but I'm pretty sure they had enjoyed this trip. And oh..my digicam died on me so that explains the lack of photos...

Majlis Cukur Rambut

My sista held Nur Liyana Umairah's majlis cukur rambut today at our void deck. Loads of good food and guests. Some anak-anak yatim from a home were also invited to join in the feast.





No doubt we're all tired at the end of the day but hey it's not everyday we get to honour the lil princess big day rite ;)
Oh yes, our dearest helper also celebrated her 20th birthday today. Da besar anak mak!..ehehe

The Much Anticipated Wedding

We were dressed up to the nines to attend Pam & Conway's wedding @ The Sentosa Resort on Saturday. Beautiful setting...surprisingly delicious 10 course dinner..and of course the radiant looking bride & groom. We skipped dessert tho and left around quarter past 11. And oh yes, special thanks to my sista lynn for making me up for that special occasion..suddenly aku feeling cam pengantin all over again kau!..ehehehe...

Splashing Weekend

We had an impromtu weekend getaway across the causeway last Saturday at Puteri Pan Pacific. As usual when you're in JB you'll tend to gorge yourself silly..ehe..yup that's exactly what we did. Due to the rain, I had to bring lil Anaqin back to our room and he ended up splashing and soaking himself in the bathtub instead of the swimming pool...ehe. Wish we could stay longer though..but no worries..more weekend getaways are being planned as we speak..yessss!!!

Updates Updates

I had wanted to post the sungguhdahbasi.com gambar2 raya..but decided against it..anyway..here's some updates on last week's events:-
Friday - Had dinner with Warda and her husband Chris @ Hyatt hotel. It's been quite a well since we dine together. After dinner, we headed to Coffeebean for some coffee n chilled out till about 10 plus. The queue at the taxi stand was unbelievable. We only got a cab after 1 hour of waiting..luckily lil Anaqin wasn't making any fuss..coz he was just fascinated by the lights and all..

Saturday - It was Amirah's birthday and we celebrated it at Seoul's Garden in Tampines Mall. I think I overfeed myself coz I was so bloated afterwards. We then went to the bazaar nearby where they played some games and stuff..the night was so warm..I just can't wait to get home..oh but we didnt get home straight away..not after some tea tarik at our favorite joint..ehe..
