I just cannot believe it...I've never had to refrain myself from eating all these while...and now all of the sudden...I've got to watch what I eat??...bloody hell!!!!....

Shocked & Upset,,
Went for my monthly check-up...and guess what??...Dr. Aziz said that I shud watch my weight coz I've been putting on abt 4kg for my every visit...so far I've gained abt 10kg!..I was like...
I just cannot believe it...I've never had to refrain myself from eating all these while...and now all of the sudden...I've got to watch what I eat??...bloody hell!!!!....
