Lil Anaqin turns ONE

At the eleventh hour last nite..my tummy actually churned! It's not exactly painful..but somehow it brought back the memories of my labour...fighting the pain and eventually being awarded with the little bundle of joy..an experience which is totally PRICELESS!!
Dear Allah, We thank you for our little one, We know we will have loads of fun. Help us to be firm and wise And see things through our child's eyes. Give us the courage and patience too So we'll know the right things to do. Please show us what we need to know So that we can help our child grow. Thank you for this life You've shared Trusting us to take great care.

Ladies Meet & Eat & Gossip Session

Met up with Lynn and Sab after work yesterday. We've decided to check out the infamous Sakura Restaurant which served a huge spread of mouthwatering food!
Being such jakuns, we attacked the food and so no food shots taken. Only after we finished eating, we decided to pose around for pictures.

A Simple Celebration

Celebrated our 2nd Wedding Anniversay cum darling husband's birthday by having dinner at Fish & Co. It was just a simple affair..but a fullfilling one..especially this time round..there's an additional member in our family to celebrate it with us!
I've yet to get darling husband's pressy...he hinted a Mont Blanc pen or some sporty watch..EHEM..as for me...hmmm..I'm thinkin of maybe a digital camera to call my own...HEH..

His First Steps

I was glowing with pride when I witnessed lil' Anaqin taking his very first few steps last nite!
He was playing with my helper when he suddenly stood up and walked a few steps unguided! Called darling husband who's in the room watching dvd so that he too can witness his baby's achievement! Well done my boy!!

Look Who's Back!

Yes. I'm back. So i've moved offices to Forum. Got a brand new MAC G5. Will try to get a shot of it one of these days..biasa lar..if u hv it..flaunt it..eventho it's not even mine to call my own...wahahahaha

Went for a short break to Desaru during the long national day weekend. Lil Anaqin was a bit under the weather. He got a nasty tummy upset before our hols..was instructed to drink lactose free milk...then on our second day at Desaru..he started to cough..then on our last day there...he had runny nose..

On National Day itself, lil Anaqin's temperature went up slightly..so we took him to the 24hrs clinic..Dr Jazlan was on duty and he took a liking to lil Anaqin..HEH..

To date..lil Anaqin is feeling much much better...alhamdulillah..he's started eating again just 2 days ago..{he had refused to eat completely for the past few days}.

As for me..I'm still busy with my neverending work...but i've made an effort to update my blog!

Okie dokie..I've ranted too much..better stop for now..will update u guys with lil Anaqin latest pics..and oh by the way..he's lost some weight..coz he's getting very active nowadays..now at the learning how to walk stage..but nevertheless..his cheeks masih maintain babe!..HEH..

Wednesday's Action

My bro-in-law {read: batz's hubby} passed his TP this morning..and we're all treated to late dinner @ East Coast.

Earlier this afternoon, batz brought lil Anaqin along to see dr. aziz for her check-up. According to the scan..the doc said that baby's gender looks like a girl...yahhhoooooo.com!

Anyway..we had seafood for dinner..then after dinner they felt like having the king of all fruits...yup..Mr. DURIAN! So we proceed to Geylang...stop over for some durians...I just had one piece as my tummy wasnt feeling too good...while darling husband stood quite a distance from where the action are...{ehem...segan nampak dar..heheh}..and oh yes..something happened while my helper was feeding lil Anaqin his milk inside the car...after his feed he stood up on the seat and looked behind...and all of the sudden he started crying...darling husband rushed to the car...saw my helper's pale face and at the same time...started to feel creepy...took lil Anaqin..and ask my helper to get out of the car as well...dak duk dak duk jantung ku sekejapan when darling husband told me wat had happened...dunno wat lil Anaqin saw la...but the place where the car was parked mmg sunyi..we took our leave soon after that...
